• By completing the Registration Form and by entering his/ her login name/ number and password for My Account, the Customer will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
• Registration on this website requires basic customer information. SIPL (“SIPL i.e. Sapphire Infocom Pvt. Ltd, Ahmedabad”) uses this information to verify that only authorized Customer have access to information. During the registration process,
  the Customer agrees to provide true, accurate and complete information and agrees not to submit particulars that he/ she does not have the right or authority to submit.
• The Customer is requested to keep his/ her login name/ number and password confidential. The Customer is also requested to safeguard his/ her mobile phone from misuse. The Customer shall take all necessary precautions to prevent unauthorized and illegal use
  and unauthorized access to his/ her account. SIPL shall not be responsible for any misuse of his/ her mobile phone or unauthorized access of his/ her account details by any third party.
• As a safety measure, the Customer should change the password as frequently as possible. In the event the Customer forgets password or the password gets locked, the Customer may request for fresh password to SIPL by email or by calling customer service numbers notified by SIPL.
  SIPL shall not be liable for any unauthorized transactions occurring through My Account and the Customer hereby fully indemnifies and holds SIPL harmless against any action, suit, proceeding initiated against it or any loss, cost or damage incurred by it as a result thereof.
• The Customer’s details will not be passed on by SIPL to any third party without his/ her prior consent. SIPL shall take all reasonable care to ensure the security of Customer’s information using commercially reasonable technology available in India to SIPL.
  However, SIPL shall not be held liable for any security lapses occur beyond its control.
• The Customer hereby authorizes SIPL for carrying out instructions authenticated by the Customer on My Account. SIPL shall not be held liable if My Account is not available for any reason beyond SIPL’s control and for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage thereof.
  SIPL does not warrant that access to My Account shall be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free. SIPL will not be liable for any virus that may enter the Customer's computer system as a result of the Customer using My Account.
• In consideration of SIPL providing facility of My Account, the Customer shall, at his/ her own expense, indemnify and hold SIPL, its directors, employees, representatives, agents, as the case may be, indemnified against all actions,
  claims, demands, proceedings, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses on full indemnity basis which SIPL may incur, sustain, suffer or is likely to suffer in connection with SIPL’s execution of the Customer's instructions.
• The terms and conditions may be altered by SIPL from time to time and SIPL will endeavour to give prior notice of fifteen days to Customer.
• The Customer may request for termination of My Account facility any time by giving a written notice of at least 15 days to SIPL. The termination shall take effect on the completion of the fifteenth day. The Customer will remain responsible for any transactions made until the time of such termination.
• The Disclaimer governing the portal and website and as provided on the said website/portal shall form an integral part of these terms and conditions.
• All disputes in relation to Customer’s registration to My Account shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at Ahmedabad only.
